Which motorcycles are compatible with Motoroc accessories?

Each product page clearly mentions compatible motorcycle models.

Will Motoroc products fit without modifications?

Yes. Most Motoroc accessories are direct bolt-on products designed to use the motorcycle’s existing mounting points. No drilling, cutting, or permanent modifications are required unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

I already have aftermarket accessories fitted. Will Motoroc products still fit?

Motoroc products are designed around OEM mounting points. Compatibility with third-party crash guards, luggage systems, and other accessories may vary. Please contact us with photos of your motorcycle setup before ordering.

Are Motoroc products tested before launch?

Yes. Every Motoroc product is designed, prototyped, and field-tested on real motorcycles before entering production.

Are replacement bolts and hardware included?

Yes. All required mounting hardware is included unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Can I purchase spare parts separately?

Wherever feasible, Motoroc offers replacement components such as springs, fasteners, TPU inserts, and mounting hardware. Availability may vary by product. Contact us at support@motoroc.in for parts enquiries.

MATERIALS & QUALITY

Why does Motoroc use SS304 stainless steel?

It offers excellent corrosion resistance and high impact resistance, making it particularly suitable for motorcycle protection accessories.

Will SS304 products rust?

No. SS304 stainless steel is inherently corrosion resistant and suitable for long-term use in rain, mud, and off-road conditions. No additional coating or treatment is required to maintain corrosion resistance.

How do I maintain brushed stainless steel products?

Clean using a soft microfibre cloth and mild soap solution in the direction of the grain. Avoid abrasive pads and steel wool. A small amount of stainless steel cleaner on a microfibre cloth removes fingerprints and restores the finish.

What is the difference between Brushed Finish and Matte Black?

Both variants use the same SS304 base material. Brushed Finish shows the natural stainless steel surface with a directional 320 grit grain. Matte Black has an additional powder coat finish for a stealth appearance. Minor scratches and stone chips from normal use are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

INSTALLATION

Do I need a mechanic for installation?

Most products can be installed at home using a basic Allen key set and spanners. Typical installation time is 15–20 minutes. A step-by-step guide is included with every product.

Are installation instructions included?

Yes. Selected products include a printed installation guide, a QR code linking to the installation video, and the torque specification for each fastener.

Will installing Motoroc accessories void my motorcycle warranty?

Motoroc accessories are designed as bolt-on products that use existing mounting points and do not permanently modify any factory component. However, warranty decisions remain solely at the discretion of the motorcycle manufacturer. Consult your Royal Enfield dealer if you have concerns.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, EMI where available, and Cash on Delivery at selected locations. All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay.

Is it safe to pay on motoroc.in?

Yes. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay’s PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Your payment credentials are never stored on Motoroc’s servers.

Will I receive a GST invoice?

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is automatically emailed to you within minutes of order confirmation. Hardware accessories: HSN 8714 at 18% GST. Apparel: HSN 6211 at 12% GST. MRP displayed is inclusive of all taxes. Motoroc GSTIN: 27AAUCM8804F1Z0.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9544453380 or email support@motoroc.in. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Do you have a physical store?

Motoroc currently sells online through motoroc.in and selected marketplaces. Our manufacturing facility is in Bhosari, Pune and is not open to retail visitors.

Can I order products as a gift?

Yes. Pricing information is not included inside the package. The GST invoice is sent to your registered email only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping charge of ₹79.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently available only upon request. Contact us at support@motoroc.in. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges applicable in their country.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details are sent via email, SMS, and WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9544453380 with your order number for a status update.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Contact us immediately at +91 9544453380. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has been dispatched. Re-delivery to a corrected address may attract additional shipping charges.

Can I order products as a gift?

Yes. Pricing information is not included inside the package. The GST invoice is emailed to the registered email address only.

Can I use Motoroc products for off-road riding?

Yes. Our products are designed and tested for adventure touring and off-road use. Damage resulting from accidents or crashes is not covered under warranty — this is considered normal risk of the activity, not a product defect.
