At Motoroc, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide a fair and transparent return process.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing components
- Transit damage
2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with all accessories and labels
- With proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Installed or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Custom-made products
- Clearance sale items
- International orders
- Products returned after 7 days from delivery
- Products ordered for the wrong motorcycle model or variant are not eligible for return unless returned unused and in original packaging.
4. Unboxing Video Requirement

Claims relating to missing parts, wrong products, or transit damage may require an unboxing video for verification. Without an unboxing video, Motoroc reserves the right to decline claims that cannot be verified.
5. Reporting Damages
Any damage, missing items, or non
products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 9544453380) or email (support@motoroc.in) with clear photographs.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue
- We will review and confirm return eligibility within 2 business days
- Approved returns will be arranged or return instructions provided accordingly
- Pack the product securely in original packaging and ship to: Motoroc Mobility Pvt. Ltd., Gala B05, Rajdhani Industrial Complex, Bhosari, Pune – 411026
- Share the return shipment tracking number with us.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
- Replacement stock is unavailable
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
8. Exchanges
Motoroc offers size exchanges for apparel within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact. The first exchange shipment is borne by Motoroc.
9. Warranty Claims
Products under warranty that develop manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days of the defective product being received at our facility.
Customers may be required to provide the order number, proof of purchase, and photographs or videos of the issue.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day. A dispatch confirmation with tracking details is sent via email and SMS.

Motoroc is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Delivery timelines may also be affected by severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other events beyond Motoroc’s reasonable control.
6. Undelivered Shipments
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch. Motoroc is not responsible for delays arising from inaccurate delivery information provided at checkout.
7. Pre-Orders
Products marked as “Pre-Order” have estimated dispatch timelines displayed on the product page. Delivery timelines begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Customers placing pre-orders acknowledge and agree to the estimated dispatch timeline stated on the product page.
8. Legal Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and vehicle regulations applicable to the use of motorcycle accessories.
